The youth logo of the Archdiocese of Goa-Daman was designed by the late Fr. Olavo Velho Pereira. The logo depicts the very essence of the Goan scenic beauty through the blue waters and the palm tree. The Diocesan Youth Centre is nourished and empowered by the very presence of Christ depicted by the cross. The letters 'D Y C' are embedded in this very scene where the 'C' is in the centre of the cross depicting Christ as the core. The theme "nurturing hope, shaping lives" forms the crux of the Diocesan Youth Centre, leading to the formative, fellowship and service dimension of the young thereby building Gods kingdom.
