The Diocesan Youth Centre held its annual All Goa Parish Youth Representatives (ExCo) Meet on 6th July 2025 at Old Goa(SJVSRC). Over 290 youngsters from 147 parishes all over Goa participated in this gathering. This meet aimed at orienting and training youth representatives  to form and animate their parish youth groups. They were also introduced to various formative programmes of the Diocesan Youth Centre along with a platform to learn and exchange many new ideas that would benefit Youth ministry in their parishes. The meet begun with animations and icebreakers followed by a briefing by the Diocesan Youth Director, Fr. Blaise Lobo, on the statutes and guidelines of the Diocesan Youth Centre. A guest speaker, Ms. Feliza Goes introduced and informed about project ‘HOPE’, an initiative of Caritas-Goa, which caters to adults and specially youngsters in distress. The Eucharistic celebration was themed to remind the youngsters that ‘hope does not disappoint us’ and was presided over by Archbishop Filipe Neri Cardinal Ferrao.

After a friendly sumptuous lunch, Fr. Blaise led a group discussion on the DYC annual planner along with sharing of the best activities conducted in parishes. Later, the youth engaged in a message based fun activities. The representatives were given special Jubilee 2025 Keychains as a token of hope. The whole day was a blend of spiritual zest, fun filled learning and joyful interaction.
